My Practical Experience

During my practical training at RISDA Temerloh, Pahang, I was completed the training succesfully. As we know this company is similar with the rubber development. I learn more about work progress of this company. For my first month at there, I was putted under the Development Unit by my supervisor.There, I was learn and do many job such as record the form of Pemulihan Pokok Getah (PPG) into computer. I also was took by the manager of this unit to visit the place that called Tanam Semula Bekelompok (TSB). Besides that, I was took by manager to the sub company of RISDA such as RISDA Station and Risda Smallholders Sdn. Bhd (RPSB)to learn and know more about the company progress. And the end of month, I was appointed as members of 'Hari Pekerja Peladang & Nelayan' to perform the ability of company to community. After that, I was transfered to the Administration Unit for 3 weeks to learn the admin work such as filing document and official letter. Then, I was transfered to the
Finance Unit. In this unit, I was learn more about finance and account of the company. There, I was teached by the staffs of unit to prepare the local order item. I also done the work of posting card TS 32 that is to validate the amount was succesfully paid. At the middle of my training, I was transfered to the Replantation Unit that is the core unit of the company. There, I was done the work of editing and recording the data of smallholders in Sistem Maklumat Pekebun Kecil (SMPK) in the Malaysia Data Center. In this period also, my boss was transfered to the headquarter. So, the company have done the ceremony to appreaciate him at the Bukit Tinggi, Bentong. In the fasting month, the company was organised the ceremony of 'Khatam Quran' and I was took part in this ceremony. At the last of my training practical, the company was organised the 'Majlis Rumah Terbuka' and my 'Majlis Perpisahan'. I felt so appreaciated with this ceremony...
